I love your cakes (having had many over the past decade or so) and love the website. You have also inspired several of my students to follow in your footsteps. I don't think you have to worry about the competition, though. You've set the bar so incredibly high that trying to match your reputation will only glorify a sweet industry.

I've been ordering from Kate since my daughter's first birthday, and she'll be 5 next week. That doesn't seem like very long given we now don't know how to survive a party without her! Heath cupcakes - addictive!!!!

Making life sweet! What an understatement! I had the red velvet cupcakes and they were positively to die for. Normally we don't order cupcakes but they were an excellent choice for my mother's 85th birthday party. Everybody raved about them! Also, Kathleen is a wonderful person who also makes the experience special. Obviously creating exquisite desserts is a piece of cake for PastryGirls!!!

You have grown!!! I am so glad. I hope all is well with you and your family. You make the best cakes anywhere!! Everyone is still talking about the football one you made. Your product is an amazing, wonderful experience that everyone should try.

Being one of Kate's advisors, I had to order a cake for my daugher and her best friend's 10th birthday bash this past summer and I'm still getting comments about the unique cake they had (topsy turvy tie die cake). The best part of the cake was eating it! Kate is wonderful artist!

My daughter was at Rachel's party on Friday night and brought home your business card to give to me so that I could order her birthday cake from you!!! The cakes at our wedding were one of our favorite details, and a detail our guests love to rave about. With individual cakes on each table, the decoration was beautiful and every cake was delicious!!
