Sculpted cakes are very technical cakes and high on the difficulty scale.  There really isn't room for error so we spend lots of time on these to make things just right.

The tiers are extra tall with an added third layer to give height and room to sculpt the slanted top.

The addition of pastiage pieces highlight the theme and give the cake a distinctive look.

Doh!!  Color is so awesome and the whacky designs create a great conversation piece for ages to come.
