ake Tasting

Cake tastings are free of charge and available for anyone needing a cake for 50 servings or more.  Appointments can be scheduled on Mondays during the day and evening, and Tuesday mornings.

Occasionally we’ve had ‘no shows’ so if you know you’re not going to make it just give me a call or send me an email to let me know. No worries, I’m a sweetie pie, I won’t be upset, really ;-)

 I don’t keep samples in the freezer. Once in a great while I’ll have the energy to make something on Sunday afternoon but most of the time you’ll find me vegged out on the couch recovering from Saturday’s weddings and watching reruns of Star Trek. I admit it, I’m a trekkie, there’s something about Captain Picard that just sends my heart into warp 9.

            Usually I’m up with the sun on Monday morning making cake samples for Monday and Tuesday appointments. If you know you’re not going to make it, I’ll sleep in a bit.

Cake tastings are lots of fun and they usually take about an hour. Bring color samples and ideas if you have them and be ready to relax and have fun.
